1Requirement Study (send to user)
 – Fill up requirement in Project Implementation Worksheet
 – Provides Data Migration Template for HRIS & PAYROLL
 – Send Email to all participants for the Project Implementation Worksheet
2HRIS & Payroll  Configuration
 -User send implementation requirement file
 – Configure the setup according to project implementation worksheet (user need to send back project file)
3HRIS & PAYROLL Data Migration
 – Received data migration file according to DNA HR Format from user
 – DNA HR Team start HRIS Data Migration\Personel detail and Career Progression
 – Data HRIS Migration Complete at the server and send email to notify all participants
 – Received Payroll data migration file according to DNA HR Format from user
 – DNA HR Team start Payroll Migration
 – Data Payroll Migration Complete at the server and send email to notify all participants
 – Customer verify and confirm the data is migrated successfully
4Training(Hris n personal detail)
 – Train the user on the HRIS & Payroll
 – Verify with the customer the all data is acurate
 – Installation One Hr
5Configure and Fine Tuning
 – User feedback after hands on(UAT)
 – Configure and fine tune according to implementation specification
 – User verify and confirm
6Module Sign Off (payroll)

eLeave Project Implementation

1Requirement Study
 – Fill up requirement in Project Implementation Worksheet
 – Provides Data Migration Template for Leave Entry
 – Send Email to all participants for the Project Implementation Worksheet
2Leave Configuration
 – All Setup Info provided by Customer
3Leave Entry Data Migration
 – Receive the data migration file for Leave Entry
 – DNA HR leave team start data migration
 – Data Migration Complete at the server and send email to notify all participants
 – Customer verify and confirm the data is migrated successfully
4Admin User Training
 – Train the user on Leave setup and application
5Employee Training ( Admin train the employee)
 – Arrange a training during cut off
 – Train employee on ESS leave application
6Configure and Fine Tuning
 – User feedback after hands on(UAT)
 – Configure and fine tune according to implementation specification
 – User verify and confirm
7Linkage to Payroll Module (Optional)
 – Get Leave cut off from Customer
 – Configure the leave cut off and establish the linkage to payroll system
 – Process the payroll and check the NPL info is link to payroll correctly based on cut off
8Module Sign Off (Leave)
